What is your refund policy?

Refunds must be claimed within 24 hours of services rendered. If a package is selected, a partial refund will only be returned for services not rendered. Working and final drafts that contain errors do not constitute a refund, i.e., written materials containing spelling errors, inconsistent tenses, or inconsistent formatting. A refund cannot be issued for the final version of a resume or cover letter. One-on-one sessions are non-refundable.

How does the resume development process work?

Already have a resume? Our expert writers can help you elevate it to the next level. We begin with a collaborative consultation with an intake questionnaire, where we discuss your career goals and analyze your existing resume. To further tailor our approach, you’ll complete a brief intake form.

Your dedicated writer will create a compelling first draft based on this information. We encourage your feedback, and you’ll have up to two rounds of revisions to ensure your resume perfectly reflects your qualifications. Depending on communication responsiveness, the process typically takes 7-10 business days.
